Casa amena is a lovely 75-square-meter (about 807 square feet) apartment which sleeps four people. It has a 60-square-meter (about 646 square feet) terrace with a pergola and a great view of Minori and the seascape. The apartment is located in the center of Minori, 300 meters (about 984 feet) from the beach. It is only 4 km (about 2.5 miles) away from Amalfi. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living-room and a kitchen. It is equipped with air conditioning and winter heating. The place Casa Amena takes the upper floor of a beautiful and age-old house surrounded by the green of lemon orchards. It is situated in Minori in a central and panoramic residential area. Minori is an enthralling small town near Amalfi nestled on a narrow valley which stretches up to the sea, where it becomes a bay in a crescent moon shape. From the house and the terrace of Casa Amena, you will feast your eyes on the village of Minori, on the rocky walls rich in verdant lemon cultivations, and on the seascape. The prevailing colors of such splendid panorama are the bright green of lemon orchards and the blue of the sky and the sea. The sea and the large sandy beach of Minori are about 300 meters (about 984 feet) from the house. You can reach them on foot after going for a pleasant walk. On the beach, you will find bars and restaurants, and in case you want umbrellas and deck chairs, they are available for rental as well. The beach is framed by a long public garden (so-called Lungomare) which is a place where you can go for a stroll, sit at the tables of outdoor cafes, or even go shopping. Minori is famous for its sweet specialties, and you have to try the candies and desserts of its pasticcerias (bakeries)! You don't need a car during your stay at Casa amena, but if you have one, you can book a pay parking space. 100 meters (about 328 feet) from the house, there are shops and restaurants. It is also possible to order delivery services from shops. The house The house is beautiful, airy, and bright. The charming exterior spaces will enable you to enjoy great moments of relaxation outdoors. You will arrive at the house through a short pedestrian path which consists of 70 steps, including those which lead to the entrance of the house. You will enter a spacious living-room elegantly furnished with a table, chairs, armchairs, and a couch. A small corridor leads to the bedrooms. In one bedroom, you will find a double bed, and in the other, two single beds. From the double bedroom, you can reach the bathroom with shower. The bathroom actually has two doors, and it is reached from the living-room as well. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, a fridge with freezer, an oven, and a dishwasher. There is also a room with a washing-machine. The house is elegantly and completely furnished. Upon request, small pets are allowed into the house. NOTE: IN HIGH SEASON IS REQUIRED A MINIMUM STAY OF ONE WEEK The terrace From the living-room, you will have access to a large terrace paved in terracotta and furnished with a gazebo, a table, chairs, and sun loungers. The terrace, sun-drenched, overlooks Minori, the sea, and verdant lemon orchards. You will find it refreshing to spend time on the terrace while enjoying breakfast during the morning and its fresh air and while dining outdoors and delighting yourself with the sweet hours of sunset. On the terrace, you will even find a barbecue corner. Nearby tourist attractions Amalfi is about 5 km (about 3 miles) away, and Positano is 15 km (about 9.3 miles) away. Minori is connected to other towns of the coast through buses of the company SITA. From the harbor of Minori, ferries leave to Salerno, Amalfi, Positano, Capri, Sorrento, and Naples. Staying at Casa Amena is ideal for those who wish to enjoy a beautiful and large beach close to places of the area of great tourist interest as Amalfi, Ravello, Positano, Capri, Sorrento, Pompeii, Paestum, the Reggia (Royal Palace) of Caserta, among others. Charming Seaside House in Forio The house is just a short distance from Forio’s port, easily reachable by taxi in just 5 minutes or by bus, with a stop only 2 minutes away on foot. For those who prefer to drive, a free parking spot for small vehicles is available. ⚠ To access the accommodation, you need to go down an external staircase with 20 steps. The descent is simple and safe, but we mention it in advance to ensure full transparency for all our guests. This two-level property, approximately 120 sqm in size, also features a spacious terrace and a balcony with stunning sea views. The bright apartment offers sea views from every room and is situated in a peaceful, natural setting. It includes: Private Entrance 3 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms Living Room Kitchen Balcony Terrace Lower Floor: THE FIRST BEDROOM features a new, comfortable double bed, a two-door wardrobe with wooden hangers, a sea-view desk with a chair, and a private router for optimal Wi-Fi connectivity, perfect for remote work. This area includes a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, air conditioning, a fridge with a freezer, a dining table for 6, and a large cupboard with all necessary cooking utensils including cutlery, pots, and glasses. The living room also has a small sea-view kitchen equipped with a large oven and cooking essentials (salt, oil, sugar, coffee, pepper, vinegar), and a cabinet with laundry and cleaning supplies. Next to the living room are TWO MORE BEDROOM, each with a new, comfortable double bed and breathtaking views of Cava dell'Isola. THE FIRST BEDROOM is furnished with a four-door wardrobe and bed linens, with an adjacent bathroom featuring a shower cabin. THE SECOND BEDROOM is spacious and has a four-door wardrobe; it can accommodate an extra cot if needed for a seventh person. This room also includes a private bathroom without a shower but with a bidet and towels. ADDITIONAL COMFORT: Air conditioning is available IN ALL ROOMS THE TERRACE , accessible from both the living room and bedrooms, is the highlight of the house: an outdoor area with a sea view, featuring a table for 4/8 people, new cushioned outdoor sofas, sun loungers, a beach chair, and a barbecue. Next to the terrace, a balcony with a fountain is equipped with a bucket, broom, and dustpan. Art enthusiasts will enjoy the paintings displayed throughout the house. Additionally, a private path near the house leads quickly to the famous Cava dell'Isola beach. The entire house, terrace, and balcony are for the exclusive use of the guests.

La casa è parte di una antica struttura ed è stata completamente ristrutturata nel 2012, offre un ampio terrazzo privato da cui si può godere di una splendida vista sul golfo di Salerno e che permette di ammirare anche i faraglioni di Capri, un interno arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i più moderni comfort, come la climatizzazione assicurata da 2 efficienti split a pavimento Daikin o lo Smart Tv da 40 pollici con connessione web e canali satellitari free-to-air oppure ancora la connessione internet Wi-Fi ad alta velocità che raggiunge anche gli angoli più lontani delle stanze.
