The house is located over 100' from the road, but is within view when you drive by. Parking is hidden from the street. A Verizon cell tower camouflaged as a pine tree is on the property. You will be 2 blocks from the Courthouse Square where you will find lots of shopping and restaurants, and is home to the Magnolia Blossom Festival in May. You will also be less than 2 miles from the Southern Arkansas University campus. I live in the neighborhood, and can usually be reached quickly if needed.

Adventure awaits you in this rustic getaway. We are located in the heart of Camden's historical Berg Addition, close to dining and entertainment. Our cottage is perfect for a couples get away or someone coming in for business. We are located within a few blocks of many eateries including Post Master Grill, Wood's Place famous for their catfish. Also for the ones who like a night cap, Camden offers The Native Dog Brewing and White House Cafe the oldest existing restaurant in Camden.

Full upstairs of 3 bed/1 bath ranch house on working farm (see pics) - Fully equipped kitchen/bath. Basement occupied by elderly man with all separate facilities. Basement can be locked from upstairs by pushing in the door knob. Laundry is in basement. The Rafters

Experience a little country in the city. Originally a family owned feed store, The Rafters has exposed hand built rough cut rafters in the ceiling, original wood floors and a tin roof. Horses, chickens and other farm animals are on the property as well. Southern Arkansas University (SAU) is five minutes away. This cottage style house been fully remodeled to include all the conveniences of modern day living. The house is equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher), washer/dryer and patio grill. There are smart TVs available in both the living room and master bedroom. Guests can enjoy Netflix or sign in to any streaming account. There is also high speed WIFI and a WIFI printer located in the Office which includes desk, chair and queen size bed.
