Welcome to Pear Tree Studio, a pretty retreat set in the garden of a family home. Located in a quiet village just five miles from Cambridge, our cosy studio offers rustic charm and modern comforts. We have on-site parking, there is a regular bus service into Cambridge from a nearby stop, and a scenic cycle route through Grantchester Meadows leads straight to the city. The studio has underfloor heating, a shower room/WC, and kitchen. A private patio offers views over the garden and countryside.

There is a microwave, kettle, toaster, under counter fridge, and washing machine, with ample cupboard space. A separate toilet and shower both with handbasin. Supplied hoover, iron and ironing board.
