Important Notice Regarding Building Works We would like to inform our guests that, from 1 September, façade renovation works will commence on the building where the property is located. The works will begin on the rear façade of the building. During this period, scaffolding will be installed, and some construction noise may occur during the working hours permitted by the local regulations in Calpe. Please note that these works are organised by the building's community and are therefore completely beyond Avanoa's control. We appreciate your understanding and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Our team will remain in contact with the building management to stay informed about the progress of the works and to ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the applicable municipal regulations.
