Located a block from the ocean, having a private space to make your vacation as comfortable as possible are wonderful. The year round adventures that await in San Luis Obispo are what creates your stay. From the ocean, amazing restaurants, wineries, and endless places to explore families and adults alike will enjoy. The key code for front door and garage door will be provide on the day of check in. There are two surfboards, two boogie-boards, rolling ice chest, and a beach cart to enhance your Central Coast beach experience. Please know that all organic, cruelty free shampoo, conditioner and bath soap have been provided for your use in every bathroom. The key code is given thirty minutes before check in time and you get to arrive to The Spot knowing the property is yours for your vacation. The house is on Dolliver Street which is also known as the Pacific Coast Highway. It’s only a block from the sand and downtown Pismo and just a 10-minute drive to the Wineries. In addition to the two parking spaces within the garage there is also ample parking on the street directly in front of the property. The front door and garage door entrances are all automated so your check in and out are all done keyless so you feel most at home. Your vacation truly begins when you pull up.

The views in our house are absolutely spectacular! The location is central to great restaurants, downtown SD, SeaWorld, and bay beaches where you can kayak or paddle board. It is a ideal choice for vacations and for business travelers looking for a comfortable place to call home while traveling. Entire House, 3 Patios, and parking for car in garage and driveway We like to stay out of our guests way during their stay, but we will always be accessible either via phone call or text; but if you are so relaxed and you don't want to expend energy to text or call, merely ring the wifi doorbell and it will connect to our cell phone and we can address any questions you may have. The mid-century modern house sits on the side of a hill in the La Playa neighborhood of Point Loma, overlooking the harbor. It is a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the harbor, beach, nice restaurants, and amenities. Please note 24 hours before arrival, we will provide you a door code you can use to enter the home, the same code locks the home when you come and go during your stay.

Grab a kayak from the garage and spend the day exploring the coast from this homey beachfront retreat. Fire up the grill for leisurely evening dinners, or curl up in the leather and rattan armchair and sip a chilled glass of wine. This house will make you feel at home on the beach. With a full kitchen, two living rooms, and great top deck there is a space for everyone. You will have the whole house and access to all of the toys/bikes in the garage. We will have a manager on-site to help with check in and check outs. The manager's number, are on call at all times, and can be there in less than 10 min. for any issues. Located near the Newport Pier, there are hundreds of great places to eat, shop and play within walking distance. With a safe, friendly town square 40 yards away, the children can roam in a secure environment. The best way to experience Newport is by the boardwalk. Either walking or riding bikes. This house comes with 8 bikes. Plenty enough to take everyone out for a fun ride! Make sure to lock the bikes up when you go.
