The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, 35 miles from Round Top and close to several local wineries. There are two full bathrooms with a soaking tub in one and shower in the other, This unit includes a full-sized washer and dryer.
