Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

Il mio alloggio è vicino al mare , vicino ad arte, cultura e stupende spiagge, vi piacerà per l'intimità e la posizione ed è adatto a coppie perché e dotato di tre condizionatori , creando così una privaci totale. Nella casa troverete due kayak, 4 posti al mare con letti da spiaggia, una cassapanca con maschere, pinne e giochi , ombrelloni ,teli da mare e frigo box portatile per le vostre giornate in spiaggia. C'è anche la possibilità di organizzare delle gite giornaliere con una barca a vela.

Piccolo attico sul mare di Cagliari, confortevole, con una terrazza su tre lati da cui vedi il mare, la laguna dei fenicotteri rosa, il profilo della Sella del Diavolo, l'alba e il tramonto. A 20 metri si trova il lungomare pedonale con pista ciclabile e la spiaggia del Poetto con i suoi chioschi. A 50 metri la fermata degli autobus ti collega al centro della città in 15 min. It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks.
