We rent our cozy apartment in this wonderful north part of Mallorca. Apartment of 40m2, with one bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe and livingroom with a kitchen and a sofa bed. The apartment is brand new and it's only 100m far from one of the best beaches in Mallorca with better water (Cala Molins). The apartment has also a laundry, with washer machine shared with the owners. Car park is fully guaranted in this zone. You can park the car on the same street for free, or also into two publics car parks (free also) just infront of our house. Children are very wellcome to our apartment, and it's free of charge for children under two years. We also have a cradle in case you need it.

Charming and beautiful house with garden

It is a cozy house with a lot of soul. The decoration recalls wonderful places in the world, memories of my travels. The location is perfect to enjoy the sea or the mountain, 3 minutes from them. It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. Intimate, silent and practical. Kitchen and bathroom renovated. You will love her as I do. The photos are not fair to reality;(

Finca Cuixach is a beautiful restored stone farmhouse with modern facilities such as air conditioning, central heating, unlimited wifi, built-in BBQ, and a private swimming pool surrounded by the well kept lovely garden - The Finca is situated in a very quiet part of the countryside of Pollensa called La Font with beautiful vies to the mountains and is very near the old town (approx. 20 minutes walking) It is a perfect hideaway ideal for families with children. Only 10 min. drive to the beach.

La villa tiene un estilo de decoración rústico con algún toque moderno, esta a 7 Km del Centro de Pollença, unos 10 min en Coche. Desde la villa se pueden hacer varias rutas por la sierra de Tramontana tanto a pie, como en Bicicleta. Ideal para personas que les guste el Senderismo o Ciclo turismo. Es una zona muy Tranquila rodeada de naturaleza, prácticamente sin ruido, Fantástico para Desconectar.

Nuestro hogar, situado en un paraje único, con la ayuda de la piscina y de los recuerdos que se hayan podido llevar de la Cala puede ser que haga que ustedes repitan, tal vez en el 2023.

Preciosa casa de campo situada a 5minutos en coche del centro de Sóller y a 10 minutosdel Pto de Sóller en coche, es una casa con vistas a la montaña de la Serra de Tramuntana, rodeada de naranjos limoneros ,almendros y con un huerto donde podrán disfrutar de todas sus hortalizas.

El apartamento está situado a 150 metros de la maravillosa playa de aguas cristalinas llamada Cala Molins. Dispone de 2 habitaciones (una doble y otra con dos camas individuales), aire acondicionado junto con todo el equipamiento. Debido a la ley de Baleares hay que pagar la ecotasa que son 2 euros por persona y noche para mayores de 16 años.

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
