We are just a short drive to the Sand Dunes, Vineyards of Leelanau Peninsula and Old Mission Peninsula, and Traverse City. Outdoor opportunities to hike, swim, fish and boat abound in this area. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

We have a trail that takes you around the perimeter of the property, can be used for atvs, hiking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing etc. Cabin is close to state land with many more miles of trails! There are plenty of small Lakes around to fish. Pettibone lake is right around the corner within a mile with public access and is an "all sports lake".
