At Country Cottage you can enjoy the best of both worlds. You have the country vibe while being only seven minutes away from fast foods, grocery stores, Walmart and Home Depot. If you love nature, you will enjoy watching the squirrels run up and down the big pecan tree in the front yard. There are chickens, roosters, and a huge turkey right across the street to add to your entertainment. Our cottage is peaceful, comfortable, and conveniently located. The campus of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette is near by and so is Breaux Bridge and Lafayette shopping and restaurants. We live near by and would love to tell you about a variety of places to visit such as the little cafe down town that serves the best fresh fried shrimp poboy served with fresh potato fries and on Saturday provides Cajun music played by local musicians. We love our community and think you will too.

The cottage has lots of charm with an artsy "bird" theme. You'll have the entire cottage and immediate yard to yourself.
