You will be in walking distance to downtown, the Wednesday Farmer's Market, Salve, Cliff Walk, Mansions, Easton's Beach, a grocery store, coffee shops, and a pharmacy. We are an owner-occupied multi-generational Newporter (+ 1 dog from Tennessee) home. LGBTQ+ friendly. We know the vegan spots if you need them. All are welcome!

Very Cool 1 Bed/1 Bath in Downtown Pelham St

Unit 7 is a large one bedroom, dog friendly room in one of the most sought after locations in Newport. The room boasts a king size bed, ample closet space, queen size pullout sofa, TV, and coffee station. There is a modern ensuite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. This property is unique in that it is a Boutique Inn, meaning you have a private bedroom and en suite bathroom, but also have full use of a common kitchen, dining area, office, deck and living room. This comfortable unit consists of a large bedroom with high ceilings and exposed beams, a comfortable sitting area, one queen-size bed, and a window seat. The East Room sleeps 1-2 people, and includes a private bath, air conditioning, a television (basic cable), a coffee maker, and a minifridge. Children accompanied by an attentive adult must be at least 7 years old. This unit is upstairs. Stairs in old buildings are steeper than modern stairs. Best for guests comfortable with stairs.
