This includes, an excellently equipped kitchen/diner with a separate equally well equipped utility/pantry, a lovely, spacious and comfortable sitting room with a large south facing picture bay window and all the style and grandeur that one may expect from a property of this era. Bookings for two guests is for one x double room. If two guests require two beds there is a one off surcharge of £10 to cover linen amd cleaning services.
