Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

Montecito Serene Retreat

The sunny and peaceful romantic suit is 717 sf fully equiped with queen size comfy bed, big living room with comfy single sleeping sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette, private guest's laundry room with w/d. The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Large wooden deck around the entire unit which surrounded by seasonal creek, you will feel like being in the forest. All the pictures you see on the list are for guests exclusive use.

This cozy modern Spanish style studio feels like a 1 bedroom and offers a memory foam queen bed, a memory foam queen pull out couch, a full kitchen, a luxurious bathroom, and a beautiful yard with a private patio dining area. Ideal for a couple but can squeeze in up to 4 if you don't mind tight quarters! Located on Santa Barbara's bustling east side, conveniently close to the 101, it's minutes to everything - the beach, Coast Village Montecito, the Funk Zone, and downtown Santa Barbara!

Butterfly Beach Retreat

Bring your kids or 2 friends!! Walking distance to Butterfly Beach, restaurants on Coast Village Rd and Rosewood Miramar Hotel. W/D in the unit (detergent & dryer sheets) and a kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and toaster oven to make your stay like home. There is also a small, gated, outdoor area with BBQ and 2 bikes for your use. Check in 2pm, check out is 10am. We allow 1 small/medium-sized dog under 45 pounds but ask that you give me the weight/breed before booking.

Pet & Family Friendly, Private Montecito Loft.

This newly remodeled, private guest house is walking distance to Coast Village Road, the Rosewood Miramar Hotel, and Butterfly Beach. The house has a gated private entrance with a keypad locked front door. You'll also have your own fenced yard and patio with outdoor amenities including a fire pit, ping pong table, and corn hole game. Other features include high-speed wifi, satellite cable TV, beach gear, child-friendly accommodations, and longer stays are welcome!

Summerland Nest, Ocean + Canyon Views

Amazing romantic getaway! Walk to the Beach and Hiking Trails from The Summerland Nest. Our beautifully remodeled studio is a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, shops and the beach! A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.

The Coconut

BEST LOCATION and private! In the heart of the lower village of Montecito you have a stylish separate cottage with private gated parking with a separate entrance. Walk everywhere! Play bocce or walk and shop at the Montecito Country Mart for dinner and ice cream. There is a private patio to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Butterfly Beach is a 10-minute walk away. New bed, spacious bathroom, AC and heat, large TV and updates.

A short walk to Montecito's upper village, the beach, and the most beautiful hiking trails in the American Riviera.

This private studio offers a fully renovated 1bedroom, a renovated full bath, living room area and a kitchenette with all stainless steel appliances. Studio offers one covered parking spot for one car. Home is one mile away from Downtown and Beach. Perfect stay for a couple, not suitable for pets or kids. We are located in the heart of downtown so street noise can be heard during commuting hours
