One bed, 1 bath, living room, kitchen, and laundry. Deck overlooking lawn, gardens, barn, fishing pond with propane BBQ & griddle, large umbrella, and table for 8. Cold water soaking tub and sauna (upon request). Ducks, chickens, goats, pigs. Caretakers always around. 2nd Queen bedroom upon request $75/night. Yuba 10% Tax included.

Here you will find a working horse farm with ten horses, lots of open space to roam about, a yoga deck, and a peaceful little abode in which to get a good, quiet's night sleep. You will have to talk to the owner, JayaMae, if you would like to RIDE a horse. She is a very qualified trainer and teacher! We would love to have you.

This is a shared, working property with four active commercial greenhouses with vegetables gardens and periodic caretaker presence. Greenhouse areas are not accessible. Access requires a high-clearance 4WD vehicle and a scheduled meet-up for guided arrival. Best suited for independent, rural-minded guests.
