Hunter Valley vineyards are 40 minutes with Newcastle port and its famous surf beaches only 25 minutes, so why aren't you here?

Murray cottage

Murray is a two-bedroom cottage with two queen beds. It has beautiful views of neighbouring vineyards, and is quiet and peaceful. For weekend bookings, a minimum of two guests is required. The cottage is five minutes drive from Hunter Valley galleries and major wineries and restaurants, and less than two hours from Sydney. The cottage is kept meticulously clean by our long-term housekeeper, who uses alcohol-based cleaning agents. Generous, reduced rates are available for week-long stays.

Minnalong Cottage This lovely one-bedroom, private cottage is set on a working horse property. It is perfect for a couple's getaway or single traveller to explore the beautiful Hunter Valley. It is conveniently situated for a self-guided tour of the Hunter Valley vineyards including Pokolbin, Wollombi and Broke. It is located at the base of the Watagan Mountains, with easy access for bush walking, picnics or 4WDing. Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive away and Port Stephens 1 hour.

The 'miner's cottage' is an authentic and charming 130-year old home tucked away in the village of Mulbring, and 25 minutes to the Hunter Valley wineries. A very homely country cottage - very warm and inviting. A beautiful 40 acre country setting with a verandah on three sides of the cottage which is totally yours. You will see cows, geese and if you go for a walk - ducks, chickens and further on a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Paterson River. You will see the River in our photos. Also there are so many attractions in the surrounding area.
