A full kitchen and separate dining area make meal time easy. Beautiful Krull Park is steps away along with Lakeview shoppes and Carousel Park. (Please note, some attractions are seasonal). Niagara Falls is just half hour away. Let's not forget the Niagara Wine Trails and golf as well as the world renown fishing.

Open to discussing dog visitors. Some attractions in the immediate area include Victorianbourg Wine Estate, Wilson Boat House, Sunset Bar and Grille, Wilson Tuscarora State Park. Olcott - This centrally located single family home backs up to Krull Park, a 325 acre park with multiple playgrounds, a splash park, tennis courts, nature trails, softball diamonds, lacrosse fields, horseshoe pits and multiple other activities. It is also within walking distance to downtown Olcott Beach with various restaurants, bars, shops and Newfane Town Marina. It is equipped with all the amenities of home with an updated patio, grill and fire pit.

LaVida Cottage - a restful creekside destination

LaVida Cottage offers a quaint and quiet setting two blocks from Lake Ontario and overlooking 18 Mile Creek. In the 3/4 acre back yard there is a FIREPIT, two patios, picnic spots and plenty of places to pitch a family tent. The yard overlooks a very active wetland with all sorts of wildlife.. There is excellent guest security (although Olcott is very safe) with exterior cottage lighting and video monitoring of the parking area.
