The Rumpus room has an electric fireplace, Roku TV, comfy chairs, sleeper sofa and a wall hung desk. There's board games, books, & puzzles. Bar top dining. The kitchen is well equipped. The bath/ laundry area has a good size shower, higher toilet, blow dryer, towels, etc. There is a full size washer and dryer, ironing board, iron.

Spacious, 3 bedroom lower duplex unit located in the beautiful and safe Fulton neighborhood. Just 2 blocks to Lake Harriet, with it's walking paths and historic bandshell.
