This is a great place to get out, get away and talk to each other or enjoy streaming on high speed WIFI. The cabin is completely renovated inside. All bed linens, towels, and cooking utensils are provided. Coffee, spices and cooking oils ready for your use. Wood burning stove, AC/heat pump. Firewood is included. Outside includes a porch with a NEW roof, hot tub and fire pit.

Riverside Cabin on 33 acres

Enjoy your peaceful mountain escape on our 33 acres. We have over a half mile of hatchery supported trout streams to fish (with a stocking point on the property), swimming holes, and private trails located directly on the property. Or with just a 2 minute drive up the road you can be in the South Mountains state park to take some local hikes to some awesome places like the watershed lake. It is a perfect spot for a personal retreat or romantic getaway, tucked away in the woods. The surrounding area offers stunning scenery, abundant hiking trails and opportunities to explore the beauty of nature. Attacoa Trace- Primitive Cabin

Secluded primitive cabin overlooking pond with fishing dock. Close to Linville Gorge and the Fonta Flora State Trail as well as craft breweries. After a day of hiking or mountain biking, relax on the front porch swing in the serenity of the night air. It's the perfect spot for stargazing. The cabin is surrounded by mature hard wood trees making it perfect for birding or spotting wildlife. Fish in the pond or take a ride in the John boat. Enjoy nature!

Catch bass from the deck! This cozy cabin sits on a 100 year old rock retaining wall and overlooks a 1 acre pond. Feels like you are in the mountains but only a 10 minute drive from Hickory. Functional bathroom w/ running hot water and climate controlled living space. Kitchenette with small refrigerator and microwave. The large front deck has lighting and a gas grill for cooking out. Plenty of wildlife around including deer, fox, & various birds.
