Hi I'm Basil. I live with my donkey family on a beautiful property in Exeter. Come and stay in a lovely private barn beside my paddock. It has 2 queen beds, a spacious & warm living area, with a kitchenette and a stylish bathroom. Escape the stresses of the modern world & enjoy the view over the pond. Your perfect base to explore beautiful Bundanoon and the Southern Highlands. Completely private, located at one end of our home is “Haven”, your very own guest suite. You'll enjoy having your own access, stylish decor and little extras! Comprising of one or two bedrooms (please confirm one or two rooms at booking) and spacious ensuite bathroom: perfect for the solo traveller, couples, or friends. Comfortable queen size beds, small sitting area with garden views, spacious shower, and spa bath.

Beautuful boutique studio/suite nestled amongst the trees with stunning gully views. Perfect artists or writers retreat. Embrace the wonders of nature, where birdlife thrives. Wake to the song of the Whip Bird and watch the black birds forage on the forest floor as the famous Bundanoon mist rolls over head. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private deck elevated above the forest ferns. Relax and unwind and let the fresh air rejuvenate you. All within 3 minutes walk to cafe's, and railway.

Bundanoon Bijou - Southern Highlands accommodation

Bundanoon Bijou is a vintage-chic gem transformed from a century-old shop, offering a haven for couples seeking respite. The air-conditioned loft features a welcome hamper, a clawfoot bath and a sumptuous Queen bed on the mezzanine, while the private courtyard whispers serenity. It's a place where time slows and memories are etched. Nestled in the heart of the village, it's a short stroll to cafes, restaurants and boutiques—a Southern Highlands escape woven with relaxation and romance.

Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Welcome to your blissful getaway! This beautifully designed picture-perfect cottage is nestled in the heart of Sutton Forest, the ideal fit for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Enjoy the heated floors and an Internal fire at the press of a button. Firepit outside awaits, sizzle a steak or toast marshmallows under the stars. Snuggle up on the couch, stream a movie you never got to see or work on the super fast internet. Take a walk along the country lanes and enjoy the fresh air.

Pear Tree Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful country retreat in the heart of the Highlands surrounded by nature at its best. This spacious, newly renovated, two-bedroom cottage is a separate dwelling situated on 5 acres of parkland that can sleep up to 5 people. It has a kitchenette, dining table and comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk to Bundanoon village. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway.

Best Exotic Magnolia Cottage

Beautiful and private cottage with a touch of class set in a pretty cottage style garden. Tastefully decorated in keeping with the exotic name of the cottage !! We are fortunate enough to have a vast array of birdlife visit the garden - guests love sitting on the deck admiring the birds and garden. We are ideally located very close to the Morton National Park - stunning scenery, beautiful walks and to the quaint village with small shops and cafes to enjoy. Great place to visit !

Japanese Studio Fitzroy Falls

Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. The Studio has a bar fridge , microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine and kettle. No kitchen. .Enjoy stunning 9 acres of gardens . Perfect location for photo shoots, wedding & ceremonies We also have 'The Dairy' which is a 1 bedroom (1 queen bed) cottage with a kitchen and fireplace. Strictly Non smoking. STRA 6648

The Shack at Bimbimbi in semi rural Exeter.

The Shack at Bimbimbi is well appointed, private, and is situated on 5 acres, 40 meters from the main house separated by gardens. There is a box fire and heating for chilly nights. A great getaway, close to walks in Morton National Park, Bundanoon, Exeter Village and a short drive to Moss Vale and Bowral. A complimentary breakfast hamper is supplied for a minimum 2 night stay, free WiFi. We hope you will come and see for yourself.
