19 months after Helene, we are finally open again! 😊 The Log Cabin on Neil's Creek is situated on private land inside the Pisgah National Forest at the foot of Mount Mitchell. Neil's Creek, a North Carolina wild trout stream, flows just off of the large, covered porch. Several trailheads are walking distance from the cabin including the summit trail to Mt. Mitchell, the Mountains to Sea trail and Set Rock Falls. Experience the relaxing qualities of nature, waiting for you any time of year.

Enjoy some Corn Hole, play or swim in the refreshing creek, embrace nature’s sounds with a nap in the hammock, take a quiet walk, or just sit and swing the day away watching nature!

After Hurricane Helene swept through and left the area devastated, we’ve worked hard to rebuild our Riverfront Cottage-a cozy, updated retreat just minutes from Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, Hendersonville, and Asheville. While the backyard and deck were damaged, they’ve been lovingly restored, and the home is ready once again to welcome guests. Nestled beside a rushing river, this peaceful cabin sleeps four and offers the perfect place to relax, recharge, and support a community rising again.

Our adorable cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one on each level of the cottage, lots of privacy. During the fall and winter months, cozy up to the gas fireplace on the main level or take a nice relaxing bath in the clawfoot double slipper tub. Relax! Relax! Relax!

Cozy up in our newly renovated 1940’s creek side cabin. The back yard over looks Pisgah National Forest! Hike from the neighborhood trail into Pisgah, or drive 4 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Take a hot bath in our outdoor clawfoot tub and enjoy the sounds of the rushing creek. Try out the sauna and cold plunge in the creek! Just a 25 minute easy drive to Asheville.
