This home is located about 35 minutes from downtown San Antonio. There are many parks and river access areas near the house. It's a great place to bike and run with awesome hills and flats. Great local restaurants and bars nearby and within a short drive.

Kitchens are fully stocked with large refrigerator with ice maker and craft ice, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, blender, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. (Bring your own K-Cups) Relax on Adirondack chairs at the outdoor patio area with a gas fire-bowl and gas stainless steel bbq for cooking. A large 30 foot deck with rocking chairs is perfect for enjoying unobstructed Hill Country views.
