The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Il canto di ghiandaie e cucù faranno da colonna sonora al soggiorno mentre i caprioli brucano tra gli olivi. E' inclusa una colazione base all'italiana (caffè, tè, latte, biscotti ecc.), se invece preferite una colazione più ricca e servita al tavolo il costo è 15€ a persona (10€ da 5 a 15 anni, gratis meno di 5 anni). Our beautiful apartment in "Renaiolo" is located in a heritage hamlet on top of a hill in the heart of Tuscany, between Arezzo and Siena. The hamlet is surrounded by a 22 ha. of private park, olive yards and woods, which include a 20 m. swimming pool, tennis court, sauna, "bocce" court, as well as an open parking space. The nearest town, Monte San Savino, with full shopping, medical and other facilities is located at six km from Renaiolo. 35 km from Siena and 20 km from Arezzo.
