Newly renovated private cottage on the historic grounds of Buffalo's first Irish Catholic church complex in the popular Larkinville area of Buffalo. Only a 7-minute drive from downtown/RiverWorks/Canalside, and 1 minute walk to Larkin Square, there are plenty of restaurants, breweries and attractions nearby. This cottage has a beautiful flower garden and fresh herbs you can pick and use while grilling on the patio. There is a washer and dryer in the garage.

Modern Studio in Allentown

Enjoy easy access to everything from this central home base. Just two blocks from Allentown’s nightlife, two blocks from the medical campus, and a short walk to downtown, concert venues, and Elmwood Village. Just a heads-up: the unit is on the street level and next to the entrance, so it can be a bit noisy at night, especially on weekends. We provide earplugs, but if you are a light sleeper it might not be the best fit. Parking on Franklin St.
