Enjoy the lovely views from our one bedroom apartments, each with a queen bed and ensuite. The outdoor furniture on the private balcony is a great place to watch the boats come and go in the harbour. These apartments have spacious living areas with flat screen televisions and SKY TV. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and hobs. Each apartment also has full laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer. Please note some furniture may vary between apmts.

Easy walking distance to Whitianga shops, trendy eateries, and the magical white sands of Buffalo Beach. Also visit iconic Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach. Your hostess, Dorothy sailed the world with husband Derek. I am now comfortably settled in our shore-side residence. Come and be at home here. As the canal-front is unfenced, I am sorry, we cannot accept children.

Hidden away down narrow concrete steps and closely surrounded by bush with a peep of sea, this peaceful space is ideal for a romantic couples quiet retreat. Just 500 mtrs to the beach for a swim or walk the 4 kms into town. A 5 minute drive along the beach front to the cafes, restaurants and bars . Its calm, close to everything yet hidden away. Access not suited for those with limited mobility.

Coromandel Sanctuary

Situated on the crest of the Coromandel ranges on the 309 road. Mahakirau Forest Estate comprises almost 600 ha of native forest. Each site is convenated by QEII National Trust who describe Mahakirau "outstanding for it's ecology and wildlife value with brown kiwi, kaka, Hochsetetter's and Archey's frogs all present". A spacious house in a bush setting, sit back and relax, take a bush walk down to the stream on the property and star gaze at night.

Flaxhaven Lodge

We are situated in a peaceful garden setting down a private drive. We are close to the ferry to Whitianga where there are beautiful restaurants, shopping and the Lost Spring. You can walk across the road to Lonely Bay and Shakespeare Cliff. Or you can do a 15 minute drive to Cathedral Cove and the famous Hot Water Beach. Local restaurant within walking distance (Eggsentric) or you can go into Cooks Beach where we have The Vessel or Go Vinos.

Cute, comfy warm 2-beddie self contained downstairs flat. Sea views, flat lawn, retro 70's Kiwiana space. Hosts have paid attention with larger comfy beds and quality furnishings. Short walk to child friendly safe Brophy’s beach. Quiet, private, warm, safe, secure, on-site hosts for questions. A great base to see all Coromandel. Kayaks, undercover BBQ to use. A fun place to stay, definitely not perfect in every sense.

In Paradise Guesthouse

Welcome to our newly built modern guesthouse set amongst tranquil gardens. Only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful buffalo beach and a 5 minute drive to shops, cafes and restaurants. Self contained stand alone accommodation in quiet street, parking right outside the unit. Close to estuary, an easy 15 minute flat walk to main street. Open plan living measuring 7m x 5.3m with queen sized bed. Living area, spacious bathroom, towels and soap provided. Kitchenette has sink, microwave, toaster, toasted sandwhich maker, fridge, jug, bistro style table and chairs. Coffee, tea, milk, and sugar supplied.
