"My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water ten minutes drive from Falmouth Town centre, and from the beaches, all good swimming beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a private sunny garden. The village has a local food shop for those basics, If you fancy a drink we have a village pub, which offers seating outside. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access.

The annexe is a very spacious room and tastefully furnished, which includes a super king size bed, and en- suite shower room.The annexe has its own private courtyard and off the road parking. We are within easy reach for Falmouth’s shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, and beaches, which are about 20 minutes walk. The only cooking facilities that we have is a microwave, toaster, small fridge, and tea making facilities.

Waterfront self-catering apartment in Falmouth. Sailor's Rest is situated on the ground floor and has fabulous views of the harbour and across to Flushing and St Mawes . The town centre begins 150 meters away. The apartment has recently been redecorated and refurbished. Sole usage. Secure parking is 150m away (vehicle height restriction of 1.9m for secure parking) and there is free wifi. No extra costs.
