A peaceful getaway that has been meticulously maintained and thoughtfully decorated. This private guesthouse is situated on 10 acres less than 5 minutes from downtown Bellville and just 5 miles off I-71. Unwind on the comfortable couch or one of the two outdoor spaces that have great country views. On the main level where you enter you will find a desk, half bath and washer/dryer. Upstairs is the main living space with a dining table, living room, kitchen, full bath, and spacious queen bedroom.

The Reformatory Retreat

Perfectly located in central Mansfield at the end of a quiet street. This 2 bedroom home is close to the best of the cities attractions, including the famous Ohio State Reformatory only a 6 minute drive away. Also, conveniently located close to Kingwood Center, hospitals, and Mid-Ohio Raceway. This home has everything you need from cooking your own meals to doing laundry. Enjoy evenings on the back deck or around the firepit. Disc golf basket and discs are provided for your entertainment.

Private Cottage Surrounded by Nature- Pet Friendly

Relax and recharge at this peaceful place to getaway, visit family, or stay while on business in the area. It is nestled among woods and overlooks a small creek. Visible from the dining room table there are a variety of birds at the feeder and deer by the river. We don’t charge a cleaning fee. In addition to the linens, EVERY TIME the bed comforters, pillow shams, shower mat and rug are laundered before the next guest. Stays over 5 days will have a washer and dryer available for use.

Industrial Loft Downtown Bucyrus

The Industrial Loft is located in downtown Bucyrus, just north of the square. A highlight of this location is the unique front-row view of local festivals and parades. Guests can also enjoy the benefits of being within the Downtown Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA). A variety of restaurants, bars, and shops are within walking distance. The Crawford County Art Center is located on the first floor beneath the loft—see additional photos for more details about the Art Center and DORA.

Cozy 2 bedroom apartment

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This property is located on 10 acres with a pond and pool,private neighborhood and close to restaurants and downtown. This pool is on private property(not open to the public) however it is shared with the owners as well as our other guests. Anyone who is staying is welcome to use it. The pool and the pool area is seasonal it’s typically open after memorial weekend until mid September depending on the weather

A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

Romantic get-away in a historic one-room schoolhouse! We are approx. 15 minutes to most area attractions, restaurants, wineries, shopping and nature! Mid-Ohio Race Track, Ohio State Reformatory-SHAWSHANK; Clearfork Reservoir, Kingwood Center Gardens, Ohio Bird Sanctuary and the beautiful paved Richland B&O bike trail. ALL NEW FOR 2026 - Relax and pamper each other in our newly decorated massage and relaxation room! Dark and moody and very romantic!

GG’S Place - Where memories are made.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This house was built in the 1900’s. The Fox family moved in around 1955. GG lived here until 2025. Raising seven children here, many memories were made. We look forward to sharing this home with friends we know and people we meet along this adventure. We also have a pickleball court available for you to make a reservation to use.
