We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

Positioned right on the CBD tram line just off Melbourne's iconic Lygon Street, the Laneway Studio is in the heart of East Brunswick village's bustling nightlife. All Melbourne's best pubs, clubs, restaurants and hotspots are also within a 5km radius. With your own private entrance via the laneway and private outdoor space, the Laneway Studio is a perfect place to lay your hat. There's a lovely park just across the street too. It is newly renovated and freshly painted with a calming atmosphere.

There is a separate side gate entrance on the right or West side of the house with a keycode. I will send this to you directly.
