We began the conversion work in 1995. The property sits in 5.5 acres of garden, surrounded by farmland. We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's a peaceful, tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway. Suit bird watchers, walkers, cyclists, writers, artists, nature lovers .

A holiday home made with you and your dog in mind. Relax with the log burner, blankets and a beautiful view of our farm. Drying room for your dog and large crate available. Two bedroom, two bathroom. Our recently converted ground floor annexe has a Retro-Scandinavian feel comprising double bedroom with en-suite shower room and living area with sofabed and bespoke fitted kitchen. Guests will have use of part of the south facing garden and parking for one vehicle is in a shared driveway.
