Built in 1865, The Dim Light is located in Downtown Paducah’s Historic District. Located within walking distance to Paducah’s best restaurants, bars, shops and convention center. This cabin is just part of our business which is called Round Pond Lodging, where we offer deer and turkey hunts during the season. Another plus to our property is that we are just minutes away from the Shawnee National Forest, Ohio River, Harrah's Casino, and Paducah KY home of the AQS Quilt Show. Constructed in 2020! Commonwealth Cottage is an modern, cozy getaway in Paducah on site of the Commonwealth Event Center. Enjoy the 16 acre grounds with a panoramic pond view while being located a mile from Paducah’s main hub. Enjoy ample indoor space for up to 8 guests to stay & a back porch to enjoy the view. This stylish place is perfect for trips or an extended stay. Located in a prime location of our beautiful downtown with many small shops, fine dining, and entertainment, all within walking distance. There are stairs that lead up to the loft apartment, and then more stairs that lead up to the master bedroom. If stairs are not an issue, this absolutely is the place for you. We do have free parking on the premises.
