Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

The Barn; Kyangatha - relax and rejuvenate

Ideal for one or two couples or families. Welcome to The Barn an idyllic farm stay less than an hour's drive from Sydney. The Barn is a spacious rustic sandstone and timber hideaway with expansive views of pasture, river and the hills and bushland of Popran and Dharug National Parks. It's an ideal place to get away and be reinvigorated in comfort. Enjoy calming walks around the property, relax by the river, go for a paddle, toast marshmallows in the fire pit or have a BBQ at the water's edge.

Just 1hr from the harbour bridge, 7mins to Woy Woy train station & restaurants, 10mins from the freeway. Several amazing beaches are nearby or access Brisbane Waters from the private Jetty. Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Hawkesbury River Hideout

Located on the Hawkesbury River near Wisemans Ferry we offer a relaxed stay less than 1 hour from the Central Coast and Castle Hill and 10 minutes from Wisemans Ferry. The home has been well considered to ensure the magical river and bushland views are showcased from all areas of the home, inside and out. Enjoy watching the sunset from the comfort of the lounge or from one of the 4 decks. The house has its own jetty and pontoon can easily accommodate boats and is ideal for water skiers.

Freshly renovated, PRIVATE and absolute waterfront Cabin with all amenities overlooking the most magnificent section of the Hawkesbury River at Lower Portland (City side of the River) - there is a modest (but modern) kitchen - adjacent to bushland teeming with bird life and rural properties nearby historic Hawkesbury sites and wineries with pretty walks along the River and fire trails 90 mins from Sydney CBD 30 mins from Windsor and Glenorie 40 mins from Rouse Hill and Castle hill

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil, romantic getaway! Enjoy the amazing views while you relax in this private waterfront sanctuary. During the day, use the private jetty to dive, SUP, kayak, fish or just laze around soaking in the rays. At night indulge in a cocktail and freshly made pizza from your personal pizza oven. Then sit around the fire pit while enjoying the amazing sunset. We provide firewood for one night, and supply and deliver extra for $30 / bag.

Deckhouse Cottage Point, Adults waterfront Retreat

Welcome to The Deckhouse, Cottage Point. A tranquil escape only 45 mins from Sydney. The Deckhouse is a contemporary two-story boathouse/Cottage right by the water of Cowan Creek. It's tucked away in the beautiful Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. With a Northwest orientation, you can enjoy stunning views of both the sunrise and sunset. Available for Adults only maximum 4 . Patonga Creek Cabin.

Situated 40 metres from the creek in the beautiful fishing village of Patonga. We are a 5 minute walk to the beach. The Boathouse Hotel with it's renowned restaurant, fish and chip shop is a 5 minute walk away. With many magnificent bush walks, fishing, swimming, kayaking, cycling or just relaxing by the creek and watching the tide come in and out there is something for everyone. Just an hour and a half by car from Sydney or 30 minutes by ferry from Palm Beach.

The Oar By The Bay

The Oar by the Bay is the perfect couples retreat, enjoy the sunset from your private entertaining deck, stroll to the renowned Patonga Boathouse, or enjoy hiking up the Great North Walk to the breathtaking Warrah Lookout. Patonga offers beachside living on one side as well as the quiet waters of the lagoon on the other. This space is designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all ages. Terrumbula

Perched on a sloping block among the tree tops, with views of the Hawkesbury River, Broken Bay and surrounding National Parks, this unique home is a place to relax and let go of the world. High ceilings, floor to ceiling glass and an open plan layout allows you to enjoy the surroundings, no matter what the elements. We are located on the east side of the island where you can watch the first rays of the day rise above the surrounding clifftops.

Waterfront Treehouse on the Hawkesbury River

Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. The two queen beds are furnished with luxurious cotton and Belgian linen. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the living area which has a slow-combustion fire. Perfect in summer or winter. (Sunday check-out is 5pm.)
