Recently refurbished, fully self-contained, one-bedroom annexe in large grounds in a beautiful, rural location at Hollybush in the foot of the Malvern Hills. The local countryside is great for walking, road or mountain biking. Within 10 minutes are the pretty market town of Ledbury, Eastnor Castle, and the wedding venue Birtsmorton Court. Great Malvern and the Three Counties Show-ground are 20 minutes and Cheltenham - home of the Gold Cup and literature and jazz festivals - is around 30 minutes.

Situated in open countryside this, first floor, self contained loft space sits close to our working farm. While enjoying far reaching countryside views it has been designed wholly with our guests comfort in mind. Enter via the external stairs into a fitted kitchen/living section, a sleeping area with king size bed & a shower room. A balcony area with seating offers the chance to relax outside. Guests have a designated parking area & private entrance. Ideal for anyone who enjoys the countryside.

Relax and enjoy the private sunny terrace and take in the amazing panoramic views over cider apple orchards, the Frith Wood, down to Ledbury & beyond. Walk the many local footpaths or wander down the track to our local pub, The Farmers Arms.

Completely Unique Tin Shed.

The unique Tin Shed has been designed using sustainable and recycled materials, featuring original art from local artists and filled with natural light. It is lined with wood creating a warm and natural ambiance and it also has a wood burner. A compact, well equipped kitchen, living space, ground floor bathroom with power shower and WC. Upstairs is a generous bedroom with Super king or twin beds, and beautiful views of rolling countryside from a picture window. Outside is a patio and fire pit.

Romantic & Private HotTub Hideaway

The HotTub Hideaway is a perfect private romantic retreat. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide magnificent views over the countryside and is very private. The Hideaway has a small galley kitchen with 2 induction hobs, a fridge and dishwasher. Idea for throwing a breakfast together or a one pot meal. The Hideaway is pet friendly and has secure fencing. Sadly due to previous guests not observing the rules regarding pets, I’ve added an extra charge to cover costs for additional cleaning.

Hillfield Cottage

A unexpected discovery at the end of a small Herefordshire country lane, just 2 miles outside the market town of Ledbury. A one bedroom chic cottage is a perfect couples retreat with a reclaimed finish and an industrial style that combine to provide a luxurious and cool place to stay. Lofty beamed ceilings, open plan living space, which opens onto a private decked patio, leads you to your own private garden. Or retreat to the downstairs lounge with your favourite film, music & a cosy fire.

This former coach house, has been renovated to a superb standard with luxury beds, fun toys & games for the children and books for you to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family and friends. Our lovely cottage with its own outdoor space, a little patio and rewilding garden, is within minutes walk to wonderful independent shops, cafes & restaurants of Ledbury, as well as stunning country walks and pubs.

Tom's Hut

Get away from it all in a cosy shepherd’s hut amongst trees in a beautiful rural location. Tom's Hut has a comfortable double bed, storage below and a compact kitchen unit with double gas hob, sink and fridge, pots, pans crockery and cutlery. Keep warm with a wood-burner and fire wood provided, or underfloor heating. Outside, there is a table for al-fresco dining. A newly built, heated shower room is close to the hut. Just 3 miles from Newent and various pubs. Please note there is no WiFi.
