The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in the municipality of Varna, less than 2 km from the beautiful historic center of Bressanone. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building that was completely renovated in 2018. The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a kitchenette. The bathroom is spacious and complete with shower and bidet. The apartment faces west and north, with a north-facing balcony. There is no air-conditioning. BrixenCard is included.

Der Schalderer Bach sprudelt vor dem Haus, die Vögel zwitschern in den Baumkronen und Sie genießen einen traumhaften Blick auf die Plose. Genießen Sie die wohltuende Ruhe, fernab von Touristenströmen, aber trotzdem gut an die Stadt angebunden. Die vier Suiten befinden sich im ersten Stock des Gebäudes und überzeugen mit einer gemeinsam nutzbaren Sauna samt Ruheraum und Dusche.

Comfortable 70sm apartment, 5min walk from train station, with bus-stop right here, useful to reach city center, train station, bus station, skiarea Plose or the SpaCenter Acquarena, with balcony with view on Plose. Very close to Sportcenter, markets, pharmacy, riverwalk, restaurant. A nice place with living room and separated kitchen where you have place for breakfast and a quick lunch. There is also a storage room for your luggage, jackets, shoes etc. Parking FREE.
