E' un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare la Valtournenche con Cervinia, il Gran Paradiso con Cogne, la Valdigne con Courmayeur e le Terme, il Grand Combin con Valpelline. Nulla vieta fare una visita a Chamonix o a Martigny. In dieci, massimo tredici, minuti di auto si raggiunge Aosta romana e la telecabina per Pila.

È una tipica casa di montagna, situata nel villaggio Le Cret a 1770 m di quota, la cui costruzione risale al XVI secolo e veniva utilizzata come granaio per lo conservazione dei cereali. Si tratta di una porzione di fabbricato che fa parte di un complesso completamente ristrutturato e, come per le altre unità abitative, la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.
