A lovely apartment in the lower floor of a Victorian townhouse, within the friendly neighbourhood of Totterdown (of brightly coloured houses fame!) The location is excellent, being within easy walking distance of the city centre and harbour area, near a beautiful park and close to many bus routes and Temple Meads station. There are excellent cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs and shops close by. Although well positioned, the area is generally quiet.

The house is a couple of minutes walk from the local shops/banks and 35mins walk into the centre/Temple Meads train station, and there are regular buses too. It is also well located to get to Bath easily on the A4, plus it is near the Paintworks, and the large Sainsburys/Tesco in Brislington.
