At just over 100 sq ft, experience tiny living in our cozy space. The small space is priced accordingly, we are one of the cheaper places to stay in SF. You'll have a private room with a bathroom and queen Murphy bed that pulls over a couch. We are in the middle of Bernal Heights, a quiet and quaint neighborhood with amazing views of downtown San Francisco from the top of the hill. We are two blocks away from shops, cafes and restaurants, it's very walkable. Come stay and live like a local!

Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.

Cozy Watertower by Beach and Transit

This 100-year old water tower in our backyard supplied water to beach cottages on our street. It's been renovated into a tiny home, mostly using reused or upcycled materials. We're happy to share it with guests looking for a quiet & unique place to stay in the Bay Area. It has its own entrance, private courtyard and is located one block from the beach, pinball museum, transit, farmers market, coffee shops & restaurants. You’ll love it because it's quaint and conveniently located.

Sweet garden suite with free parking

Located on the west side of the iconic San Francisco city center, the newly renovated suite is bright, private and quiet. You will love the free parking and private entrance through the beautiful garden. The comfortable shared patio with gas fire pit is available for use anytime. We welcome people from all nations, backgrounds and ages and can accommodate one child. The apartment is directly below our main living space, so you will hear muffled conversation and light footfall.

Northslope Studio in Bernal Heights with a Zen, Leafy Patio

Wake up to the soothing green view from this recently remodeled (mid-2023) studio nestled on a sleepy block in Bernal Heights. A peaceful backyard with a Buddha sculpture and a modernist inspired courtyard sit alongside the bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Free street parking (parallel) is available on my block and surrounding streets, not restricted, and typically easily available. Note that the in-law studio shares a common front door and foyer with the main house upstairs.

Welcome to Chez Sage! Your own private apartment get-away, with a private deck and ocean views, is just 30 minutes south of San Francisco. The entrance to your private apartment leads you up the stairs to a deck with an ocean peek. Enter your home away from home and relax in the window seat to gaze at Montara Mountain or eat breakfast on the island with peeks of the ocean. Once you're settled, it's just a short stroll to watch the sunset from the beach.

Our sunny, modern 1 bedroom 1 bathroom garden apartment is in the quiet "Crocker Amazon" neighborhood of San Francisco. It is 15 minutes from SFO and 35 minutes from the Financial District. Guests have private access to the whole apartment including bedroom, bathroom, living & dining rooms, kitchen, and garden access. Access to major freeways is fast and easy, and mass transit is steps away. One off-street parking spot and laundry are available as needed.
