There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

The studio is set back from the main house on the grounds with a private entrance, and covered decking areas with a view into the woods. Parking space for 2 cars. Private driveway. 12 minute walk to Hassocks station with easy access to London/ Brighton. Downs' walkers/ cyclists, business trips, families who need a bit of space from visitors all welcome. If we are able, we can collect/ drop you at station.

Furbelows is a three bedroom apartment at Perch House, directly on the beach at Lancing. There is no road between you and the sea, just the pebbles, which is the whole point. Sea views from two sides and a south facing balcony. Sleeps six, two bathrooms. Two of the single beds can be made up into a double, just ask when you book. The Perch cafe is on the ground floor and every flat has a fob for the gym. Named after furbelows, a seaweed that grows off this coast.
