Charming, calm and peaceful with easy access to nearby amenities - Lydford Gorge, a tearoom, moorland walks, cycle routes and a bus to Tavistock and Okehampton.

Situated in the heart of Devon, Bridge Cottage is a traditional cob cottage nestled on the banks of the river Torridge, on the edge of the picturesque village of Sheepwash. The 2 bed / 2 bath cottage offers a homely rural retreat for up to four guests – a relaxing space at the end of an active day, or a tranquil place to simply escape. The property has its own cottage garden as well as a private riverbank woodland from where you can fish - or relax by the water and watch the local wildlife.

Perfectly situated, near Okehampton, for exploring Dartmoor and the north coasts of Devon and Cornwall including Bude , Widemouth and Sandymouth . 1 double bed ,1 single bed and travel cot. Dog Friendly Tiny House with Wood Fired Hot Tub

Escape to our couples only Tiny House on the edge of Dartmoor. Spend your days exploring the moors, then return to soak in your wood fired hot tub overlooking the fields. For the adventurous, we share our favourite local walks, kayaking spots, and cycling routes or simply switch off and enjoy the peace. Food lovers are spoilt for choice, with cosy country pubs nearby that serve fantastic food. And yes, we’re dog-friendly 🐕 because adventures are better with your dog by your side.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature with views over fields and forest. Decompress from the stresses of life in the hot tub in total peace and quiet. Enjoy the twin shower together or relax in the superking bed with pure wool duvet and pillows and relaxed, cosy pure linen. NB at present there is other works on the farm hence the reduced price of this gorgeous barn conversion. The other works will not affect your stay in the actual barn, or the peace and quiet.

Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

Beautiful, quaint thatched cottage on Dartmoor

This special cottage is situated in the grounds of author Doris Lessing's Devon longhouse and has been lovingly renovated to provide stylish, comfortable accommodation. It is situated in a secluded spot on the moors yet close to essential amenities and the quaint village of Belstone boasts a cosy pub, a delicious tea room and fantastic walks. Heated by a biomass boiler it retains many original features such as a large flagstoned hallway and area. No BBQs allowed.

Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. It is situated on our working rural farm, in the heart of the beautiful Devon countryside. Nestled in Lew valley, it is a short drive from Dartmoor national park and within an hours drive from some stunning north Devon and Cornwall beaches. Come rain or shine, there is plenty to do, to keep all ages entertained.

the location of this place is just perfect for walking and cycling on the moors, visiting areas of historical interest, enjoying local food and ales. It is a great base from which to explore the beautiful swimming holes of Dartmoor and some ancient landscapes. It is set in lovely gardens in a family run caravan park that is very secluded. It has chickens and ducks roaming free and is super quiet (maybe the summer holidays are a bit noisier!).
