After a two year endeavor hand building, with love and passion, this unique cottage up in the trees, I am thrilled to welcome you to a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! The idea was to create an experience of being up in the trees and close to nature. Building a space small enough that it immediately becomes your own yet comfortably spacious, open and filled with light. A place to relax with all the amenities and still be immersed in the beauty of the mountain woods.

It’s right off the Brevard bike path that links to Pisgah Forest & biking distance to the trails at bracken mountain preserve. Music venues, Brewaries, restaurants & coffee shops all within walking distance. Ideal for a couple attending a music center show, father son mtn biking trip or Brevard college parents in town for a visit. Newly fenced in backyard

Come enjoy the best of downtown Brevard. This cute 1920's cottage is 2 blocks from Main Street & 5 blocks from the Lumbar Arts District - great restaurants, shopping, and community events. Stroll to dinner in 5 minutes on foot. The house is situated on a big lot with an enjoyable backyard. After a good day on your bike or hiking, enjoy the evening grilling under the lights or relaxing by the fire pit. From Brevard you can easily access Pisgah National Forest, Dupont State Forest or Asheville!

Note: condo is on third floor of historic building with one elevator. The elevator has had problems in the past, so if uncomfortable with stairs this might be a problem for you. This spot will make a great base camp for your adventures in Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State Park. The kitchen has a fully functioning gas range and oven and an apartment size refrigerator. Plenty of room to make meals if you would rather stay in instead of going out to eat. There is a ramp to the front door so you can wheel your mountain bikes right in for the night if you would like.

This cabin is 1 of 2 on our property. This is the closest rental property to Dupont State Park at only a quarter of a mile from the entrance. Offering its own private Hot-Tub, sauna, and fire pit along a creak, this property is one of a kind! Our cabin is located 15 minutes from downtown Brevard and 20 minutes from downtown Hendersonville which both offer lots of local shops and dinning. Our cabin offers a peaceful retreat and is the perfect place for anyone that loves the outdoors!!

Our beautiful cabin is nestled near the mountains of Pisgah Forest. Enjoy coffee on our porches, listening to the rain on the tin roof, or making dinner in fully equipped, large kitchen!
