We are a passionate family. We moved from England to Italy searching for a place to SLOW DOWN. A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. There are also many farmhouses nearby that offer succulent dishes handed down for generations.

On the second floor (top) of a Villa of the early' 900 , 3 minutes walking from the Palazzo del Cinema, where The Biennale Movie Festival takes place, and 10 minutes from the pubblic beach. The independent space is divided into three rooms. One large room with king bed, wardrobe ,sofa and dining table. The equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Bus at 2 minutes. In 10 minutes walking you reach the Terminal where boats leave to Venice.

At the time of check in we will request a photo ID or passport to check in and also will collect €4 “tassa di soggiorno Venezia Italia”(tourist city taxes) per person per night. Fully renovated, charming flat in a historic building dating 16th century. The apartment, fully furnished and equipped, is located in an internal court, so it's very quiet. It's only 4 minutes walk from the pedestrian area (and 7 minutes to the castle). The guests can also use our bicycles for free. The building has an internal garden, including a pond with goldfishes.
