A great family location with your own private beach and dock for your boat (don't forget your fishing rod!), 2 paddleboards, 2 kayaks and lawn chairs for your use.

Keyless electronic lock You will have the bathroom, kitchen, living and bedroom all to yourself There are shampoo and body wash for you to use in the bathroom. Kitchen contains items like fridge, cook top(no range), coffee maker, kettle, microvave and toas in the kitchen. Bus stop is near the house (1min walk) 4 minutes drive to Parkland mall. There is grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks, Restaurant, Gym, ect in that area.

Our 4 season beachfront Lake House offers beautiful views of the Lake of the Prairies. It is a 6 bedroom, 2 level home with a walkout basement. The upper main level has a wood burning fireplace, 2 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. Lower level includes 4 bedroom, 3 piece bathroom, rumpus room and minibar area. It is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, dishes, pots, pans, linens, RO drinking water, stacking washer/dryer, bbq, satelite tv and WIFI.

Cozy country get-a-way in newer cabin. Enjoy the best in quiet, clean country living. 16 Kms from Good Spirit Lake. Close to Whitesand River. 300 sq. ft. cabin- 2 queen beds on main floor and 1 twin XL bed in loft - accessible by a ladder. Bathroom sink, shower, toilet.
