There are 4 bedrooms : three inside the house with a large bathroom, and a private cabin off the deck with it's own ensuite bathroom and private garden deck overlooking the bay. Living rooms are large and beautifully decorated to a relaxed resort-style atmosphere, opening out onto the massive wraparound deck.

The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.
