Knockenhooley is stunning traditional cottage for you to enjoy the stunning Isle of Skye. A private driveway leads into our large enclosed garden shared with ourselves it has magnificent views which include Broadford bay, and many islands & mountains. At Knockenhooley we can accommodate up to 8 people but if you are a smaller party who prefer a little more comfort & space we got you covered. All local amenities restaurants, supermarket/petrol station just a few minutes drive. Dogs on request

Beautiful seafront cottage on the shore of the Isle of Skye. Faiche an Traoin (Faish an Trown) means Field of the Corncrake, birds that once inhabited this area. It was built in 2020, has 2 double bedrooms, large lounge/dining area/kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. It is located in the village of Dunan, 5 miles from Broadford. The house is directly above the seashore with views to the Island of Scalpay across Loch na Cairidh, the Old man of Storr and to the mountains of the mainland and the wall to ceiling windows highlight the beautiful views

The Quaint Wee - House with sea and mountain views

Truly relax and unwind at this peaceful shoreside accommodation with an ever changing stunning view. Ideally located for gentle strolls from the house to the local beach and to explore this Scottish Site of Scientific Interest. Perfect for twitcher and wildlife enthusiasts, you may even catch a glimpse of an otter and seals! This is also an ideal launch site for your own kayak/canoe/SUP to just paddle around. From here you can also explore the rest of the island and mainland at your leisure.

At bottom of junction turn left (not right as directed) Then first right 30m after Ardcana sign Parking 15 metres down drive on left

The Bay -1 bedroom apartment

The Bay is a stylish 1 bedroom apartment situated metres from the shore on the edge of Broadford Bay. It has an open plan fully equipped kitchen/living room which opens out onto a private decking area. The kitchen has a hob, oven & microwave, an under counter fridge with small icebox. Though annexed to the main house it has its own private entrance and parking. The bedroom has a king sized bed with luxurious linen bedding, the ensuite has a generous sized walk in rainfall shower..

Shore-side house with a sandy beach just across a very quiet lane. Stunning view of Broadford Bay & Beinn na Caillich. Excellent base location for touring Skye & the surrounding area. After four great years of hosting with AirBnB within in our home, we've used the covid hiatus to transform the old croft house into a spectacular and luxurious retreat. In previous reviews, you'll see up to four guests in one room; this has been upgraded to 2 guests in the whole cottage...

The Little Hemp Cabin

The Little Hemp Cabin sits on our croft in Breakish, just outside Broadford in South Skye. It’s a small, self-contained space surrounded by open ground, big skies and shifting Highland weather. Built from hemp and timber, the cabin feels naturally warm and calm. The walls regulate temperature well, so it stays comfortable year-round without feeling sealed or artificial. Inside, the layout is simple and uncluttered, with everything you need and nothing you don’t.

With the shops and restaurants of Broadford, Skye's second largest village within walking distance, its the perfect base to explore Skye and Lochalsh.

The Sea Captain's Croft - the house on the shore

The Sea Captain's Croft is a traditional Hebridean croft , situated right on the shore near Broadford on the Isle of Skye. It offers simple but very comfortable accommodation is a simply stunning location, and would be ideal for those looking to experience breathtakingly beautiful scenery in a peaceful and calm setting. Our property is 10 minutes from the Isle of Skye Bridge, and 5 minutes by car from the shops and restaurants of Broadford.

Shiloh Wigwam No.2

Our wigwams are ideal for 2 persons. Even though they are situated in the garden grounds of our bed & breakfast they are very private with lovely moorland views. They are en-suite and have a mini kitchen for preparing meals. We are located in Breakish, 5 miles from the Skye bridge and 2 miles from Broadford which is a great central location to be able to explore all parts of this lovely island and surrounding areas.

The Hobbit House on the Isle of Skye

The Hobbit house with its round door is 10 mins walk to the sea and beach. It has one comfortable double bed, shower room, kitchen and dining area. It has beautiful views of Beinn na Cailleach, Broadford Bay and the islands of Raasay, Scalpay and Pabay. The Hobbit House is NOT suitable for pets.
