The Mill

Grade II listed former brewery mill with a southfacing private courtyard garden. Rate is for 3 rooms - two doubles and a single (5 guests) - not all four rooms (up to 7). Please contact us if you would also like to book the master room with ensuite and we will confirm a rate. NB: This bathroom is shared by the 3 rooms not ensuite, shower is over the bath. Non private parking is available street side & in various local free carparks. Please DM with queries and we would be pleased to help.

The Garden apartment in historic Milford offers a cosy, self-contained retreat in a Grade II stone cottage, built c.1795, with a private garden and scenic views of the World Heritage mill village. The old mill is currently being developed. The area is easily explored with walks, pubs & restaurants from your doorstep. NB: The bridge to the mills is currently closed, so access is via alternative routes.

Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.

The White House Garden Cottage
