I offer in a family house a cozy studio of 24m2 with shower, toilet and kitchenette. The studio has a separate independent entrance, with views and access to the garden. Suitable for up to one person or max two people by mutual agreement. The ceiling height is reduced to 185 cm. The whole space is just for you. The apartment is less than 12 minutes drive from the Volkswagen factory or 17 minutes from the city center.
