This is a 1,000 square foot apartment in an architecturally designed home. Walking upstairs to the apartment, guests will be in awe of the panoramic views of the St Lawrence River through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need for cooking and entertaining. The apartment has in-floor heating and AC throughout. Guests will enjoy a private waterfront backyard with a BBQ, fire pit and dock. Boat docking is sometimes possible to accommodate upon request.

With Potsdam and Massena only 15 miles away, you have the best of both the civilized and the natural world when staying at our cabin. We look forward to hosting guests who will enjoy the natural solitude, privacy and aesthetic comforts of the cabin, garden, and beautiful forest trails on our tranquil 101 acre property.

Over 20,000 acres of State land in the town of Brasher. The cabin has all the comforts of home with a full kitchen (with dishwasher) and bath with laundry. The are (4) Queen bunk beds and includes Wi-Fi. Located 15 minutes from the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino, 20 minutes from the St. Lawrence River and Canada.
