Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

The Little Farmhouse

Welcome to The Little Farmhouse! Whether pleasure or business, relax in peace & comfort in this beautiful home. This guesthouse shares one acre with the main house. There is ample parking for multiple vehicles and trailers. Pets are welcome. The home has central air and is built within the workshop (guests are not permitted to enter the workshop). The sunsets are beautiful with unobstructed views when you're out in front of the main house. Only 30 minutes to the caverns. Oilfield friendly.

The Montclair Home is located on the south side of Carlsbad making it the perfect location. It is as close as you can get to the National Parks, while still staying in town close to the best restaurants. Carlsbad Caverns is only a 25-min drive and Guadalupe Mountain is only 40 min away. Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
