The Annexe is in the grounds of our larger house occupied by us, situated at the end of a private road near to Durham City centre. The annexe is totally self contained and has its own allocated parking space next to it together with private decked area with Cathedral views

IMPORTANT: roadworks elsewhere can occasionally cause additional traffic to pass the flat during peak times until October, but it is lovely and quiet here during the night. Cathedral, castle or Oriental museum? Durham’s world heritage sites are just a short drive or bus ride away. Kitchenette, washer/drier, fast wi-fi, Netflix etc, car parking. Close to walks through woodland (5 minutes away), a trip into Durham (4 miles) or Newcastle (20 miles). Pets welcome. Supermarket 5 mins walk away.

Comfortable studio apartment for two. In great location a pleasant 10 minute walk, via the riverside from the historic city centre, with its many attractions and numerous options for shopping and entertainment. Could accommodate baby if necessary and I will provide travel cot and high chair if required at no extra cost. However, guests must provide own bedding and other requirements for baby feeding etc.

The house is a spacious, 3 bedroomed period semi with a lovely big garden perfect for families. It is ideally located just on the northern outskirts of Durham City which is a 30 min walk or short taxi/bus ride away from the historic centre and 1.4 miles from Durham railway station. The 200ft back garden with lawn, flower beds and wildlife areas are totally enclosed and private.
