Our One Bedroom Apartment at Unit 232 is the perfect launch point for all of your Hill City adventures including Miles of ATV, biking/hiking/cross-country skiing and snowmobile trails, a beautiful 9 hole Golf Course, bicycle rentals, pool access and Hill Lake access! This unit has one bathroom in the main living space, two queen beds in the bedroom and a pull out bed in the sofa in the living room space. We offer cable TV, WiFi and air conditioning to make your getaway as comfortable as home!

Near the entrance to the Foothills State Forest for hiking, fishing, 4 wheeling, and snowmobiling.

The studio has its own outside entrance in the front of the house which leads right into the space you will be staying. There are 2 long term renters, and another 2-bedroom Airbnb upstairs (Two Bedroom on Sixth). The backyard has one available space for guests to park. * Car noise possible in relation to being downtown on the main road.
