Depandanza is a self-contained apartment with an art gallery-like atmosphere and fairytale bedroom in the heart of the traditional village of Poljubinj. Many local hikes begin at the front door, including waterfalls, gorges, and the Soca River, all within about a half hour walk. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and pharmacies are a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) away in the town of Tolmin. Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Per raggiungere il golf mini attraversate il paese verso le montagne di roccia e venti metri prima di arrivare sulla strada che porta in valle a sinistra c'è l'indicazione del Golf mini.

A small, 2022 built house in peaceful street, 5 min walk to center of Bovec. It has it`s own garden and 35m2 private patio with table, chairs, 2 deck chairs and big transparent roof for you to enjoy it even if it rains! It has an upstairs bedroom with big bed (180x200) and on the ground floor a sofa bed (140x200). The kitchen has all essentials appliances like dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle. The kitchen is modern, white high gloss. There is a modern bathroom with walk-in rain shower.
