A mile South of beautiful Downtown Lake Havasu, you will be checking into a mini suite at Havasu Dunes Resort. Features a kitchenette (mini fridge/stove-top), Queen bed with door for privacy, and pullout sofa in living room. Resort staff are available 7a-10p. Nice cozy little house, peaceful, just painted, and remodeled, and it has room for your boat. Very close to the river, and the public launch ramp. Minutes from off roading. walking distant to the water, two bars that serve food and drinks. Parking at the house, 38 feet deep and 26 feet wide, there is a car port on the property that is 7 feet 4 inches high.

Welcome to your home away from home in the McMullen Valley! This spacious detached garage comes with a living area, bedroom, kitchenette and full bath. This is a pet friendly property where you will share your outdoor space with three chickens, as well as two dogs. The yard is fenced, and you can enjoy coming and going from your own private entrance.
